New industrial development at Hill Barton Business Park boosts Exeter’s supply

Exeter’s lack of industrial stock has been given a boost as a 20,000 sq ft speculative development by Stuart Properties at Hill Barton Business Park has been completed. 

The high specification terraced scheme is now available for immediate occupation, offering four units starting from 4,000 sq ft (372 sq m).  Alternatively the whole 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) development is available as one unit.
