Office to resi planning change to be made permanent
In a written statement issued today, the Prime Minister has announced that the temporary office-resi rule introduced in May 2013 allowing people to convert disused offices into homes without applying for planning permission will be made a permanent change.
However the changes have not been brought in yet and there is no confirmation as to when they will be.
Alder King’s Planning and Development Teams will update when further information is released.
