Oilfield company Expro expands into South West with new office facility at Quedgeley

International oilfield services company, Expro is opening its first facility in the South West as part of its ambitious five year expansion programme.

The company, which surveys and manages oil and gas wells around the world, has taken the ground floor suite at Unit 6 Carter Court, Waterwells Business Park in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire in a deal negotiated by Alder King.

The property, extensively refurbished in 2010 and now fully occupied, will provide a strategic base for the rapidly-expanding company.

John Hawkins, associate at Alder King in Gloucester, said: “Waterwells Business Park is one of Gloucester’s premier business addresses and has attracted a number of major occupiers.  With its easy access to J12 of the M5, it will provide a strategically located base to support Expro’s continued growth.”

Expro has taken 3,235 sq ft of space on a new five year lease.  Alder King represented a private landlord.
