Pan Medical grows global HQ at Barnwood

Property consultants Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting have let part of Unit 19c Brighouse Court at Barnwood Business Park in Gloucester to Pan Medical which has expanded from the adjoining property.

Pan Medical, which was founded in 1988 and specialises in medical catheter and stent devices, has taken 2,621 sq ft of space on the second floor of the building to create a new clean-room to help meet increasing global demand for its products. 

Max Nasralla, managing director of Pan Medical, commented: “The property options available to us at Brighouse Court provide an ideal environment for us to expand our business.”

Pan Medical has taken the space on a new lease expiring in September 2021. 

The refurbished ground and first floors of the property, providing 2,545 sq ft and 2,985 sq ft of space respectively, remain available to let through Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting.  The property has been refurbished to provide good quality, open plan office accommodation, with generous allocated car parking.
