Andy has been in the Bristol market for 13 years having previously worked in London.
He has been involved in some of the highest profile schemes in Bristol, selling The Soapworks site, one of Bristol’s most significant mixed use schemes, helped to drive the creation of Brabazon and advised on schemes such as Temple Island and Silverthorne Lane.
Andy has also acted for a number of significant occupiers sauch as Simmons & Simmons, OVO, West of England Combined Authority and Graphcore.
