Ian heads up our Truro office.  He is a RICS Registered Valuer with particular expertise in the development, leisure and investment property sectors with over 20 years’ experience in the Cornwall property market.  He provides commercial property valuation advice for banks, insolvency professionals, public /education sector and private clients.

Ian also acts as an expert witness on valuation matters in respect of professional negligence, misrepresentation, compensation and divorce claims.  He has completed a Level 7 BTEC Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.

Ian is also Chair of the RICS Cornwall Local Member Group.
