Chartered building surveyor James Jacobs heads up our building consultancy service.  He provides a complete range of commercial building consultancy services, including dilapidations, project management, contract administration and building surveys as well as bank monitoring.  He also leads our Principal Designer service, working directly for clients or as a sub-consultant to lead designers.

He has a particular specialism handling fire and flood reinstatement projects throughout the UK.

James is also an APC Assessor.
