Liv joined Alder King in June 2026 and is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional with over six years’ experience. She studied Business and Human Resource Management at UWE Bristol before developing her career across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on employee relations.
Liv is continuing to build her generalist HR expertise and is enthusiastic about the opportunities presented by a dynamic business environment. She is passionate about making HR accessible and straightforward, and is committed to supporting a positive colleague experience that enables people to perform at their best.
