He has over 25 years of experience in asset management, including negotiating lease advisory services across all sectors, as well as writing expert witness reports for Arbitrators, Independent Experts, PACT and Court.

Neale has provided advice for clients in London, the South West and across the UK. Clients include The Howard De Walden Estate, The Portman Estate, Somerset Council, National Grid, Pret A Manger and L’Occitane, to name just a few.
