A senior member of our Building Consultancy and Project Management teams, Paul is a commercial building surveyor with a substantial range of experience on medium and large scale new build and refurbishment projects.  These include office, industrial/warehouse, manufacturing and residential properties.

Paul also has expertise in advising developers and neighbouring owners on Party Wall process and neighbourly agreements such as access licences.
