Peter is a commercial building surveyor with over 30 years experience advising landlords, occupiers, investors and funders across the UK with a focus on the South West and South Wales region.

He joined Alder King in 2026 and provides a full range of building consultancy services, including technical due diligence, dilapidation’s, development monitoring and project work.
