Simon has over 20 years’ rating experience and as a consultant specialises in empty rates and the telecoms and health and fitness industries.

Simon appears at Tribunal on behalf of clients and court hearings, acting as an Expert Witness in contentious matters that cannot be resolved through negotiation.  He holds the higher expert witness award to ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of advice necessary during potentially expensive proceedings.

Simon is a member of the Institute of Revenues and Rating.
