Working with national and regional developers, property owning and property occupying clients, Simon has been instrumental in securing some of the most high profile office transactions of recent years, including the acquisition of 1 Trinity Quay for the University of Bristol, and the pre-letting of 3 Glass Wharf to HMRC.  Current major instructions include 4 Glass Wharf, a new 215,000 sq ft office scheme on behalf of Candour Group/Tristan Capital and the comprehensive refurbishment of 360 Bristol on behalf of Melburg/Angelo Gordon.

Simon is a former chairman of the Great Western branch of the Forum for the Built Environment and is a past president of the BPAA.
