Sophie Scroggs

HR Manager

Sophie joined Alder King in September 2024 and is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Professional with over 3 and a half years’ experience in the field. Having completed a degree in Ancient History at the University of Exeter, Sophie decided to pursue a career in HR in 2020 when she began her Level 5 CIPD course in Human Resources Management.

Through previous employment in the construction sector, Sophie has developed a strong passion for employee and company development and is excited to develop her skills further through a career at Alder King.
