Tom works as a surveyor within our development and valuation teams, dealing with residential and commercial development consultancy, valuation consultancy advice and financial viability in planning.  He has provided advice to a wide range of clients across the South West.  He also assists senior colleagues in preparing Expert Witness reports.

After graduating from the University of Reading where he was awarded an MSc (Hons) with Merit in Real Estate, Tom gained experience in rating and valuation at the Valuation Office Agency in Bristol before joining Alder King in August 2022.

Tom completed his APC and qualified as an RICS Chartered Surveyor in May 2023.  Tom is also an RICS Registered Valuer.
