Professional construction consultancy chooses Elmbridge for new Gloucestershire office

Property consultancy Alder King’s run of success at Elmbridge Court in Gloucester continues with another confirmed letting, this time to Ward Williams Associates, a professional construction consultancy which has relocated to Unit 6.

Alder King, acting on behalf of Bridges Sustainable Property Fund and Ashbridge Developments Ltd, has now helped deliver over 80% occupancy at the business park.

Ward Williams, which provides a range of specialist services for building and civil engineering projects across all sectors of the industry, has signed a new five year lease with Bridges for the 1,145 sq ft unit.  It has relocated from serviced office accommodation at Waterwells Business Park.

John Hawkins of Alder King said: “We are delighted to have secured another occupier for Elmbridge.  Ward Williams joins an ever-growing list of successful businesses and organisations who value the light and airy accommodation and landscaped environment at Elmbridge with its easy access to both Cheltenham and Gloucester.

“The scheme represents an excellent example of practical sustainable development providing flexible business space for today’s market.”

Elmbridge is home to a varied mix of businesses.  Occupiers include fostering agency Nexus, the systems and engineering technology provider Frazer-Nash Consultancy, social care provider Aspirations, and structural engineering practice Simpson Associates.

Of the 25 units at Elmbridge Court, just four remain available with one under offer, ranging in size from 1,094 sq ft to 3,070 sq ft.  Alder King and Nick Bevan are the joint letting agents on the scheme.
