The site occupies a prominent position on Tedburn Road which runs beside the A30, just outside Exeter. The site operated as a successful automotive dealership for over 40 years, until closing in August 2023. It is split in to two detached buildings with a large surrounding secure yard with palisade fencing. Beyond the buildings to the eastern end is a further area of parking.
