The DCC1 provides a modern detached steel frame warehouse/distribution facility with profiled sheet elevations filled with roller shutter doors and dock levellers. Internally the building provides warehouse areas with clear heights from 5.5 - 9.45 metres. Loading area is fitted with a mezzanine. Front section of the building includes offices and shared cloakroom facilities (the available area excludes the first floor offices occupied by Ford Fuels). External areas subject to negotiation.
