Uffculme Block Works is situated on the B3440, approximately 2 miles from J27 of the M5 motorway and Tiverton Parkway Railway Station. The B3440 links Tiverton to Wellington, which is a 25-minute drive. The site comprises concrete hard standing, previously used for storage of aggregates. It is available with the existing transport office, which includes meeting and welfare facilities.
