Property investor instructs Alder King to market newly-acquired office building

A private investor who recently acquired the freehold of a Stonehouse office building through property consultants Alder King has now instructed the firm to market the property for occupation.

403 Stonehouse Park is a modern, two storey office building with a floor area of 1,820 sq ft in an excellent location adjacent to Junction 13 of the M5.  When Alder King, acting on behalf of The IFS Group, offered the property for sale last summer, it attracted significant interest and was subsequently acquired for a sum in excess of the £310,000 guide price.

The new landlord has now appointed Alder King to find occupiers.
