Retail premises now available in popular Torquay neighbourhood centre
Alder King’s Exeter office has been instructed by London & Cambridge Properties to market a newly-developed retail unit in one of Torquay’s popular neighbourhood centres.
22-24 Roundhill Road sits in a parade of local shops on Livermead Road in Torquay and provides 1,200 sq ft (111.48 sq m) ground and first floor accommodation with customer parking to the rear.
The centre is located in an affluent residential area of Torquay and has already attracted a national supermarket chain, now currently under offer. This has led to the availability of Units 22-24 which are being offered on a new lease. Other occupiers include a Post Office, convenience store, hair salon and restaurant.
The premises are available for retail or restaurant use, although alternative uses will be considered subject to the relevant planning application.
Further information is available from Lee Southan at Alder King’s Exeter office on 01392 353080.
