Sevalco doubles its space at Crescent Office Park, Bath

Acting on behalf of Ken Wright Developments, property consultants Alder King have secured the letting of a high quality office suite at Crescent Office Park in Bath to chemical company Sevalco Ltd.

 

Part of Indian corporation the Aditya Birla Group, Sevalco has expanded taking 1,360 sq ft of space in Unit 1D on a new five year lease.  The company now occupies 2,360 sq ft of accommodation in Units 1C and D.

 

Crescent Office Park is a new high quality open plan office scheme offering easy access into the centre of Bath.  The unit scheme is now fully occupied with the exception of Units 1A and B which offer 1,360 sq ft and 1,000 sq ft of space respectively, which can be let as a whole or in 2 suites.
