Six acres ready for development at Exeter’s Matford Green Business Park

With over 20 acres of prime employment land at Matford Green Business Park in Exeter now committed and largely built out for the automotive sector, the focus is turning to the remaining six acres and other sector occupiers.

The scheme has achieved huge success in attracting new car showroom operators to Matford Green, with Jaguar Landrover due to open its doors later in the year and Vospers’ multi franchise dealership which will include a FordStore to follow. They will join Audi, Toyota, Lexus and VW on one of the highest profile dealership locations in the South West.
