St John Ambulance property in Nailsea sold to marine software company
Independent property consultancy Alder King, one of St John Ambulance’s retained agents for disposals in the South West, has sold the charity’s former premises in Brockway, Nailsea.
The 1,523 sq ft building was sold off a quoting price of £225,000 to specialist dredging software company Foreshore Technology which plans to relocate to the building from its current Bristol city centre offices in the next few weeks.
Alder King senior surveyor Tom Dugay said: “Since 2015 we have sold several surplus ambulance stations, training centres and other more unusual properties across the South West, from Cornwall to Wiltshire.
“This former hall in Nailsea is the latest property we’ve sold in the Bristol area. Other properties include premises in Keynsham, Brislington, Hartcliffe, Staple Hill, Clevedon and Weston-super-Mare and all have gone on to enjoy a new lease of life.”
