Swindon warehouse units suitable as headquarters available to let

Two modern warehouse and production units in a prominent corner location on Westmead Industrial Estate, Swindon are available to let through property consultants Alder King and Whitmarsh Lockhart.  Units 1 and 2 Westmead on Mead Way provide a total of 20,085 sq ft of warehouse and office space and, with their impressive frontage, can be combined making them suitable for use as a headquarters building.

Unit 1 provides 6,105 sq ft of warehouse space and 3,982 sq ft of ground and first floor offices.  Unit 2 is marginally smaller at 10,000 sq ft, with 6,060 sq ft of warehouse space and 3,940 sq ft of offices.

The units benefit from a reception area and self-contained parking area to the front and HGV access and a service yard with additional parking to the rear.

Alison Williams, associate at Alder King, says the units’ flexibility, location and impressive façade make them ideal for use as a headquarters building.  “These units are available individually but the ability to combine them to create a 20,000 sq ft facility in such a prominent position will make them very appealing to any expanding business looking for prestigious premises.”

Westmead Industrial Estate is an established and successful business area, with many well-known local, regional and national occupiers including Howdens Joinery, the Post Office and Metric Group.  It also is well positioned for easy access to Junction 16 of the M4.

The units are available to let individually or combined on new leases and attractive incentive packages are being offered for new occupiers.  More information is available from Alder King in Swindon on 01793 428102 or Whitmarsh Lockhart on 01793 541000.
