Two lettings at Ashchurch Business Centre, Tewkesbury leaves just one unit available

Property consultants Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting have just one unit remaining on Ashchurch Business Centre in Tewkesbury after securing two lettings on the estate in the first half of 2015.

Leisure Concepts, the leading producer of after-market products in the spa industry, has taken Unit 100c, at 6,350 sq ft the largest of the three new units in this final phase of the development.  It chose Ashchurch Business Centre because of its accessibility and the high standard of presentation on the estate.

Leisure Concepts have also been joined on the estate by Tungum Ltd, a Gloucestershire-based business with an 80 year heritage supplying high quality, safety-critical alloy tubing across the world.

Tungum has relocated to new headquarters from its previous base at Ashchurch Parkway to Unit 200a Ashchurch Business Centre in Tewkesbury, giving the business a firm foundation for continued growth.    The modern semi-detached unit provides 4,365 sq ft of manufacturing/warehouse space and a large open plan office at upper level on a well-maintained business park.

Andrew Oliver of Ashville Asset Management said: “We are pleased to welcome Leisure Concepts and Tungum to Ashchurch Business Centre.  It’s good to have two recent lettings to quality companies in short succession which highlights the improved market as well as the lack of supply of high specification units in the area.  With excellent access to the M5 motorway in this strategic location and a strong level of enquiries I’m sure that the last unit will let quickly.’’

Nick Bevan Consulting and Alder King are now marketing Unit 200b, the one remaining business unit on phase 8 of Ashchurch Business Centre. The Unit extends to 3,272 sq ft and is available under a new flexible lease.
