Two warehouse units under offer in speculative Weston-super-Mare scheme

A 22,000 sq ft speculative warehouse development is under construction in Weston-super-Mare, with two of the seven units under offer three months before practical completion.

Manor Court on Beaufighter Road is the third phase of development by developer KMW Trading Limited at Weston Business Quarter.  Alder King has been appointed as the property agents.

The scheme will provide seven shell condition warehouse units in two terraces. The first terrace of four units is scheduled for practical completion in June while the other three units will be ready in September.

Units range from 2,585 – 4,198 sq ft and are available individually or in combination and on a leasehold or freehold basis.

Associate Emma Smith from Alder King’s industrial agency team, says: “KMW Trading Limited saw strong demand for its two previous developments in Weston, due largely to the lack of quality stock in Weston, and both phases are fully occupied.  The market dynamics remain broadly the same and we are now witnessing similar keen interest at this early stage in the construction process from local owner occupiers.”
