Westbury redevelopment site for sale

Property consultants Alder King have been instructed by St John Ambulance to sell the charity’s first aid training site in Westbury, Wiltshire.

The 0.2 acre site at the junction of Redland Lane and Eden Vale Road is located in a predominantly residential area and would therefore be suitable for residential redevelopment, subject to planning.
