Work underway on 27 unit Yeovil scheme
Work has commenced this month on a new 27 commercial unit scheme in Yeovil.
Known as Artillery 88, the development has been intelligently designed by the Dorset-based developer Fortitudo and will deliver four blocks of self-contained units, ranging in size from 1,119 sq ft to 1,620 sq ft, with the ability to combine multiple units. The first units will be available to let or for sale in summer 2023.
Each unit provides first floor space suitable for office fit-out and features high quality roof and wall cladding, roller shutter loading doors, 5.5m eaves height and allocated parking spaces.
Artillery 88 is located on Lufton Trading Estate, one of Yeovil’s premier business parks, linking to Houndstone Business Park.
Alder King and Edmonds Commercial have been appointed as letting agents on the new scheme.
