Zone in at The Brew House

Digital media company This is Zone has taken 12,500 sq ft of office space at Verve Properties’ newly refurbished Brew House in Bristol at £17.50 per sq ft.

This is Zone, which has offices in London and Cologne, has taken two floors at the 25,000 sq ft Grade II listed city centre building on Jacob Street on a 10 year lease.

Verve has transformed the previously vacant four storey building into modern loft-style workspace which is perfectly suited to the South West’s burgeoning technology, media and telecoms (TMT) sector.  The completed building provides a new ground floor reception and communal areas with an impressive wrought iron gated entrance, exposed brickwork walls, raised floors and unique and funky male and female WC’s on each floor.

Ashley Nicholson, Verve director said: “We have created Shoreditch-style office space in the heart of Bristol.  We know from the success of our nearby Paintworks development that the TMT sector does not want the norm but demands spectacular, attractive and functional: Brew House provides them with that.”
