Active Gloucestershire gets moving

Property consultants Alder King have let Unit 8 Ullenwood Court to Active Gloucestershire, the sporting body which aims to build on the Olympic legacy and increase participation in all forms of community sport and physical activity across the county. 

The organisation has taken the 1,096 sq ft (102 sq m) office property on a new five year lease. 

Alder King, representing the private landlord, is also marketing Unit 9 Ullenwood Court, a 1,297 sq ft (121 sq m) self-contained office.  The business park is a well-established business location with many long-term occupiers offering refurbished Cotswold Stone-clad buildings.
