Alder King and HTC deliver the ultimate office for expanding Bristol finance group
Alder King and Hartnell Taylor Cook have let the 3,353 sq ft first floor of Linden House at Almondsbury Business Centre in north Bristol to Ultimate Finance Group, one of the UK’s largest independent providers of cashflow solutions for SMEs.
Launched in Bristol in 2002, Ultimate Finance has since grown rapidly and now employs over 170 staff across the Group, serving over 1,600 clients from its Bristol office at Westpoint Court in Bradley Stoke and its regional offices in Manchester, Leeds, Uckfield, Lutterworth and Glasgow.
With impressive ongoing client growth and plans to recruit new staff, Ultimate Finance has freed up floorspace within its existing office by relocating its HR, marketing, new business and accounts functions to nearby Linden House.
