Alder King lets Cardiff warehouse unit let to Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales

Property consultants Alder King have let a modern business/industrial unit on Cardiff Business Park to Bobath Children’s Therapy Centre Wales.

The charity, which provides specialist physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy to children across Wales who have cerebral palsy, has taken Unit 22 Lambourne Crescent to support its retail operation.  It has agreed a three year lease.

The 2,723 sq ft (253 sq m) warehouse property is located on the mixed industrial and office Cardiff Business Park in the Llanishen area of Cardiff, close to Bobath Wales’ three charity shops.

Nicole Kruger of Alder King’s Cardiff office, said: “This is a good quality business unit in a sought after and popular location and was a natural fit for Bobath Wales providing strategically convenient accommodation that supports its growing retail operation.”
