Alder King Planning Consultants achieve residential planning appeal success against Wychavon District Council

Alder King Planning Consultants have won a planning appeal against Wychavon District Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for the erection of one dwelling within the curtilage of an existing house.

The appeal was particularly complex given the fact that different agents had previously submitted planning applications and appeals at the site, all of which had met with refusal.
