APD acquires modern premises at Ashchurch Parkway in Tewkesbury

Acting on behalf of Friends Life Company Ltd, property consultants Alder King have sold the freehold interest in Unit 2 Ashchurch Parkway in Tewkesbury to independent motor factor business APD.

 

The family-run business has purchased the freehold interest of the property which offers superb roadside frontage to the A46.   Recognised by their customers as one of the best run, independent motor factors operating in the South West, APD will use their new property to service their customer base across their six branch outlets.
