The 60,000 sq ft DPD facility at SkyPark, Exeter marks expansion for the parcel delivery company in Exeter. Classed as a super depot, it can handle up to 25,000 parcels a day. Opened in 2015, it was the first B8 building on SkyPark and sits on a six acre plot providing the large amount of space required by modern logistics for its fleet of vehicles.
Developer St Modwen is now targeting other B1 and B2 industrial users with buildings available on a pre-let or pre-sale basis.
The DPD building has been joined by the first phases of offices on the park with the development of Live West’s 30,000 sq ft HQ and the speculatively built 1 Tiger Moth Way.
