We were instructed to assist Handelsbanken with the procurement of FM premises support services for their 6,955 sq ft regional head office in Stoke Gifford.
The instruction covered the preparation of specifications, tender processing and procurement of FM services for Handelsbanken’ s regional head office in Stoke Gifford.
This project involved the verification of assets and services to be covered by the premises support service followed by the preparation of the support service specification and a full tender exercise.
The tender exercise included the pre-selection of contractors based on technical competence, dealing with prospective tenderers’ enquiries, and review of tenders and subsequent evaluation which was reported to Handelsbanken.
The project team also assisted with the completion of service agreements and contract mobilisation.
