We have been retained by the private operator of one of HM Prisons since 2006 as its preferred Facilities Management consultant, providing a range of services to support and enhance operational activities within the prison.
Specific services have included strategic reviews of support services, followed by a programme of ongoing technical compliance and management audits, together with advice on statutory compliance issues.
Our involvement has delivered significant cost savings as well as improved legal, contractual and technical compliance, greater governance and control and the creation of information systems which aid and inform management decision making.
We have subsequently been appointed by our client to provide the same service at other prisons in its portfolio.
