Fitness equipment supplier expands in Tetbury

Alder King’s Swindon agency team has let the former Xograph building on Hampton Road Industrial Estate in Tetbury to Keiser UK, a leading supplier of quality fitness equipment.

Keiser, which supplies equipment to leading football, rugby and leisure clubs, has relocated from a smaller unit on the estate to help meet growing demand.  It has taken the 15,422 sq ft detached warehouse and office on a new 10 year lease.

Alder King acted on behalf of the landlord, Penn Tree Properties Ltd.  Associate Alison Williams said: “Following a period of strong growth for Keiser, this unit provides it with the warehouse space it requires and has the benefit of well presented customer facing offices and showroom facilities.”
