Former Riley building at Buckfastleigh available for immediate occupation

Alder King’s Exeter office has been instructed by Buckfast Abbey to market the former Riley Building in Buckfastleigh.

 

The 112,880 sq ft (10,487 sq m) industrial premises are available on the sale of a 999 year lease at a peppercorn rental, or an occupational lease on terms to be agreed.
