Former Riley building at Buckfastleigh available for immediate occupation

Alder King’s Exeter office has been instructed by Buckfast Abbey to market the former Riley Building in Buckfastleigh.

The 112,880 sq ft (10,487 sq m) industrial premises are available on the sale of a 999 year lease at a peppercorn rental, or an occupational lease on terms to be agreed.

Scott Rossiter, partner in the Exeter office, says: “These premises would readily sub-divide to provide two warehouses / industrial accommodation with offices and a yard area of 40,193 sq ft (3,734 sq m).  There is also a separate warehouse with an articulated yard turning area, car parking and potential trade counter accommodation comprising 25,926 sq ft (2,409 sq m).”

The premises are conveniently located close to the Totnes A road from the A38 Devon Expressway.

Further information regarding occupational terms or to inspect the accommodation are available from Alder King’s Exeter office on 01392 353080.
