Joinery software company’s relocation to Chippenham creates new jobs

Joinerysoft, a leading supplier of software to the bespoke timber joinery market, has relocated from Chipping Norton to Bumpers Farm in Chippenham, after agreeing rental terms with property consultants Alder King on Unit 5 Lansdowne Court.

The company, which provides support to over 900 joinery manufacturers who use its software throughout the world, is now recruiting for an experienced bench joiner for its expanding customer support team, as well as new software and programming engineers.

Joinerysoft was established over 30 years ago and is still a family business employing 22 people.  Its joinery management software provides a unique tool to help joiners produce timber windows, sliding sash, doors, screens, stairs, gates and other custom joinery items.

The new premises provide 2,779 sq ft of quality office accommodation at the entrance to Lansdowne Court, an attractive office park situated within the Bumpers Farm estate.  The semi-detached unit was previously occupied by M-Netics who expanded into new premises elsewhere on Bumpers Farm.

James Gregory, partner at the Swindon office of Alder King, acted for the private landlord in organising the five year lease with Joinerysoft.

He said: “Following a period of strong growth, this unit provides Joinerysoft with the office space it requires to expand its product range and customer service operation.  It also provides them with well-presented offices and training facilities for staff and customers.”
