New 31,000 sq ft industrial scheme at Exeter’s Matford Green Trade Park

Work is underway on a new 31,000 sq ft industrial warehouse scheme on the Trade Park phase of Exeter’s thriving Matford Green Business Park.

The unit is due for practical completion in May 2020 and will be available to lease as a single 31,000 sq ft unit or as a sub-division into four units from 7,700 sq ft.

Devon Contractors have been appointed to construct the new units.  The scheme is being jointly marketed by Alder King and Colliers.

Noel Stevens, partner at Alder King in Exeter, said: “The completion of Phase 3 is due in May 2020 and we already have a number of strong enquiries. There will remain a final development phase of approximately four acres, which can accommodate design and build opportunities for occupiers looking for bespoke premises to lease.”

The scheme will join the new car dealerships at Matford Green which include Jaguar/ Landrover, Audi, VW, Toyota, Lexus, Ford and Mazda.
