Maryann Neudegg

Head of People & Operations

Maryann joined Alder King as Head of People & Operations in December 2022, and is responsible for all people-facing activities within the firm, as well as overseeing the operations teams.

In addition, Maryann holds a role on the Senior Management Board, ensuring our people are at the centre of the decisions taken within the firm.

As well as being MCIPD qualified, Maryann is studying the ILM 7 Executive Coaching qualification; coaching at a senior level is an essential part of both the firm’s and our people’s development to ensure that we thrive in our continually changing and challenging environment.
