Rob is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer specialising in the valuation of commercial and residential property for a range of purposes, including loan security, taxation, financial reporting, acquisition, and disposal.

In addition to valuation work, Rob provides Lease Advisory services, advising on lease renewals and rent reviews across a variety of property types. He also has significant experience in Rating, acting for clients across the South West and nationally in appeals under the 2017 and 2023 Rating Lists.
