St Marychurch retail scheme opens its doors

The Freshwater Group, in association with development consultants TPS, have completed the redevelopment of the former General Accident Insurance offices in St Marychurch, Torquay.  This exciting new retail and residential scheme in Torquay provides six retail units in a prominent location at the heart of St Marychurch.

 

Anchor tenant Sainsbury’s Local has already opened its doors to the public and has reported good early trading.  Alder King secured a pre-let to Barnardo’s Charity which is also now open and trading.  The four remaining units provide between 500 and 1,500 sq ft of space with consent for retail, hot food takeaway, café/restaurant, financial and professional services.
