Oldmixon Crescent in Weston-super-Mare fully occupied

Acting on behalf of Keith Pople Ltd, property consultants Alder King have now let all three terraced industrial units at Oldmixon Crescent in Weston-super-Mare.  The swift take-up of space confirms the healthy demand for industrial accommodation in this part of North Somerset.

Totalling 19,825 sq ft, the units had previously been occupied by Proper Job Superstores Ltd.  New occupiers P&R Labpak, which took the largest 10,394 sq ft unit in June, and Toolstation, which opened its first Weston-super-Mare branch in Unit 1 in 4,717 sq ft, have now been joined by Weston Super Mare Van Centre Ltd. 

Weston Super Mare Van Centre agreed a ten year lease on Unit 1A, a 4,714 sq ft mid-terrace unit with a dedicated yard/parking area to the front, to facilitate future growth.
