Emma began her career with Alder King in 2006 and since 2013 has specialised in the industrial and logistics sector across Greater Bristol.  She works with national and regional industrial developer and occupier clients, including St Modwen, Rockhaven, Travis Perkins, Walters Land and Mileway.

Her in-depth knowledge of the region’s industrial property market enables Emma to provide invaluable advice to her clients and, combined with her can-do attitude and strong work ethic, she consistently delivers creative market-facing solutions.

She also acts as a mentor to the next generation of Alder King sector specialists, sharing her knowledge and offering guidance and support.

Outside of Alder King, Emma was a recent chair of the Bristol Industrial Agents Society, helping promote the interests of the industrial sector in the region.  She continues to support the work of the Society as a committee member.
