Next development phase underway at Beaufighter Court
A fourth phase of industrial development is underway at Beaufighter Court in Weston-super-Mare.
The latest scheme will deliver a total of 12 units in four blocks, with Blocks 3 and 4 currently under construction and scheduled for delivery in Q2 2024. Blocks 1 and 2 will follow later in 2024.
Developer KMW is responding to market demand for small units and has designed the scheme to offer a variety of unit sizes starting from 861 sq ft to 11,332 sq ft. All units are available on either a leasehold or freehold basis.
Agents Alder King are reporting that two of the six units in Block 4 are already under offer and there is strong interest in Block 3 which will comprise 5,973 sq ft .
Alder King industrial partner Emma Smith said: “This latest development on Beaufighter Road will be a shot in the arm for Weston-super-Mare occupiers who have faced a significant shortage of supply in recent years. This will open up much-needed opportunities to relocate and expand.”
Paul Edwards of KMW added: “We have already delivered 40,000 sq ft of high quality industrial space on Beaufighter Road over the last five years, with all units now fully occupied. Local demand for this product clearly remains robust with new units already under offer.”
