Alder King provided high level development consultancy advice to Salmon Harvester Properties Limited, a joint venture between Salmon Developments and NFU Mutual, on the development of Two Glass Wharf, Temple Quay in Bristol.
This 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m), £35 million office development with ancillary retail and restaurant use which sits within the city’s Enterprise Zone was the first speculative development in Bristol for four years.
Alder King’s Bristol agency team has already secured lettings to PwC and Arcadis and is currently marketing the remaining accommodation.
