Alder King provided development consultancy and agency advice to Sedgemoor District Council and Somerset Council in respect of a five hectare (12.4 acre) retail-led development opportunity at Northgate to the north of Bridgwater town centre.
We acted as sole marketing agents and managed the competitive dialogue procurement process alongside Council officers, evaluating bids received and selecting a preferred development partner.
